Odireca Technologies Pvt Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for your clinical, laboratory, or pharmacy operations according to the subscription plan you have chosen.
This license is for the purpose of managing your healthcare practice and delivering services to your patients. Any unauthorized redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Odireca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with Indian data protection laws, including the DPDP Act 2023. While we implement enterprise-grade security, you are responsible for ensuring your staff follows data security best practices at your facility.
Odireca operates on a subscription-based model. Fees are billed in advance according to your chosen plan. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension of access to the platform. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Odireca Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or clinical errors made by users of the software.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
