At Odireca, we believe in "try before you buy." We offer a comprehensive 15-day free trial with access to all features (LIMS, OPD, Pharmacy) so you can evaluate the software's fit for your practice before making any financial commitment.
No credit card is required to start the trial, and there is no obligation to subscribe at the end of the trial period.
You may cancel your Odireca subscription at any time. To cancel, please navigate to the Billing section of your dashboard or reach out to our support team.
Upon cancellation, your access to the platform will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual). No further charges will be made once a cancellation request is processed.
Due to the nature of our digital SaaS products and the availability of a 15-day free evaluation period, we generally do not offer refunds once a paid subscription has commenced.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent the software from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days, you may request a review for a partial or full refund.
In the event of accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription period, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount within 5-7 business days of verification.
